    to the top of my website and also the quantity button dose not show the addition sign for variable products how can i rectify that

    To add the language option to your website you need to install and use the WPML Plugin and translate your website.

    And for the quantity button please provide a relevant screenshot of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
