Woodmart theme issue – Product images are cropped

    Hi,
    I am unable to change the size of the product pages. I am not sure how to make the product images entirely visible. I am having the same issues on every categories page.

    Please, find the attachment and assist me. I hope you can help me at this time.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Basically, the product images are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce Allows some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

    It’s not working. I have tried cropped, custom aspect ratio and everything else. This is really annoying. I am really unhappy with support and your theme.

    Hello,

    If you need to display your images without cropping then you can try the uncropped option then check back. Then your images will be displayed in the same ratio in which they are uploaded.

    If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and set the images to uncropped and the images are displayed full without cropping.

    Which clears that the option is working fine.

    Note: It is not possible to make the grid of the same size if you use this option. It will display images of the same ratio as they are uploaded.

    Hi there,

    I need to have 4 products in each row, but I cannot find any options to do that, and is there any best way to fix images size?
    I have already tried this option but doesn’t work: Products per row
    How many products should be shown per row?

    I am referring to the categories pages.

    Please, check my login details.
