    I update WooCommerce and Elementor Pro and all icon and footer are not show
    and popup and more template proper, not show
    icon missing problem is permanent at this time

    Please check Dashboard > Settings > General > site URL: your site is https://… it should be the same URL there.

    I change HTTP to https:// and clear all caches but still the same problems and not full customize

    Hello,

    You can add a button or text block with the linked text and add the class woodmart-open-newsletter

    The popup from the Theme settings > Shop > Promopopu would be opened. This popup appears when the user enters the site for the first time and it would be opened on the click.

    Besides, you can create an HTML block, insert the popup element, configure it as per your needs and then add this HTML block to the Header builder, in this case, the popup would appear only on the button click.

    Hello,

    If you want to insert different popups in different places of the header, please follow these steps:

    1. create an HTML blocks https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

    2. insert the popup elements, configure it as per your needs and make sure they all have different ID https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/

    3. then add these HTML Block built with WPBakery to the Header Builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

    Html blocks edit with elementor pages are not opening up and the page is not loading. already prepared HTML blocks are not editing and neither I can prepare any new HTML blocks. I have attached a video of the same.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    All the pages from projects are not opening up. On opening, they are showing page not found. A half-hour back, all the pages were opening up but suddenly it is showing page not found on all project pages.

    I try to open my home page in elementor but open it in safe mode I try to remove one by one plugin but the same problem. I make a new home page but the same problem only shows this problem on the home page. pls, share how to solve this problem.

    Our theme is fully compatible with Elementor.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
