Control Panel doesn't work and other issues

Hey, I solved the issue with live composer, ty !
1.So when I try to access control panel by wp-login.php or when I’m in and press control panel ( hope you understand ) it won’t open, it shows the page blank like in the image I sent.
2.The problem with uploadin a theme still didn’t changed tho’. Probably if I change to a normal theme then it would let me upload ( not big problem ).
3.There is this text(img) from one of my producs above the footer that it went there I don’t know why and I don’t know where I can erase it. I tried everything.
Thant’s all atm, I’ll leave private info to make it easyer. Thank you !

We can’t login your admin panel too. Could you please try to connect your files with FTP and rename all plugins folders to deactivate them. You can do this in the folder wp-content/plugins.

And the rest of the issues ? where I can erase that text ? solved the control panel.
It seems that you have added some extra text to the prefooter area in Theme Settings -> Footer. Try to replace or remove it.
