When I add Custom Links to the menu, I don’t have Custom fields [for theme].

Please save the menu as soon as you add a menu item, and then choose a “Full-width” or “Set size” in the design. You can find a more detailed instruction here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
If you have filled the instruction and you do not still see the custom fields, please check PHP Max Input value in Woocommerce > Status, it should be 5000 min, if it is less,
please contact the host support and asked them to increase PHP Max Input Vars up to 5000 min.
