Why doesn’t the MESSENGER code that FACEBOOK officially provides for websites work for me at Woodmart?

It has already been tested through the official Facebook plugin, and it is not shown like this either

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

It seems that you are directly editing the header.php file of the theme. Please try using the following plugin and try adding the code using it.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

Then clear cache and check back.

Hello,

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

If it works with the default WordPress theme then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,

I have logged into your website and activated the default wordpress theme and the chat is not visible with the default wordpress theme as well.

Which clears that the issue is not from our theme the issue is clearly with the code you are trying to add.

He did appear to me, as well as I also sent him my capture; So Facebook don’t know how to do their development?

Hello,

As I sent you the screenshot it is not working with the default WordPress theme which clears the issue is from the code, not our theme.

You can try asking the Facebook chat plugin support for help.
