WooCommerce Product Attachment Not Working ( Plugin Conflict)

We are facing some bugs while integrating a free plugin “WooCommerce Product Attachment” Our requirement is that the user could download product specifications. so we implemented using the above-mentioned plugin. The problem is that the one who logged into the dashboard can only download it not anyone else. Here I am sharing a product link with the above-mentioned option Please try it from your side

At the bottom, you can see a tab named product details. There is a button to download the spec sheet. The plugin is perfect with other themes. Could you try it from your side and please solve the issue for us.

Please, provide us your admin access so we can log in and check this on your side. Also, allow us to switch to the default theme so we can see how the plugin should work.

you can log in using the below credential
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-attachment/ This is the plugin that we used. You can’t switch the theme on the same site. we tried with our other dummy website, please try like the same to see the working of this plugin

The password seems to be wrong and we can’t log in. Also, please, clarify are we able to switch between themes on this staging website?

You can now try to login using the same credentials again. Please let me know why the conflict is coming
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
We need to understand if it is related to our theme or not firstly.
