No HTML Block dropdown field

Hi,
There is no “HTML Block for the dropdown” field in custom fields [for theme] in a new created menu. How to get the field to use “HTML Blocks” as a mega menu?

I saw the screenshot you attached.
You need to click the set sizes option then the option to add HTML blocks will appear.
