I see you have installed and activated Elementor. Woodmart can work on one builder only: either WP bakery page builder or Elementor.
If you want to use WP Bakery page builder you need to reinstall all from scratch and install and activate WP bakery page builder. You can find a very detailed instruction here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
