I want to edit the NEWSLETTER as I could change the design and color.
And I would like to know how it works once the emails are entered where they are stored and if the clients receive an email.

The form in the Popup is provided by the plugin MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress you need to integrate it with your Mail Subscription Server. https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/#utm_source=wp-plugin&utm_medium=mailchimp-for-wp&utm_campaign=plugins-page

I understand that in the PROMO POPUP they place the shortcode of HTML Block works with the MC4WP plugin and Mailchimp.
But I don’t work with Mailchimp.
How could you integrate the PopUp with Contact Form or with another service.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and test the form the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
