update to woodmart missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed

Got an error trying to do upgrade of theme. What did I do wrong please?
1. I followed link in email from Xtemos to download upgrade. I selected “all files and documentation”
2. I installed & activated “easy theme and plugin upgrades” plugin
3. Under Appearance – Themes I clicked ADD NEW and installed the new zip file
I got this…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
ALSO I followed instructions on top half of this page – https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/ for automatic updates with purchase code but it doesn’t say update available

Ok! I found a link on the dashboard page to update it and it worked that way
