Space between categories bug

If we change the space between categories with WPBakery on the homepage, the layout is very messy.

It may happen if you edit the page with a Frontend editor. But in general, when you will open the page after editing it should work correctly, right? Masonry grid script should recalculate categories positions after changes.

If we set the space between categories on 0, the layout is great!
But we want the space between categories on 30, but then the layout is messy!

Maybe it’s because we’re working with smaller desktop screens – 1024×768 resolution.
It’s maybe the responsive layout which is not correct!
