Add button doesn't work, stay in process loop animation

Hi, the “Add to car” button from home and shop doesn’t work, when is press just stay on the animation loop but never stop and don’t add any product to the car. But this button on the single description product work fine, I don’t know what can be.

Something similar happens with the “HTML Blocks” plugin, when I want to edit it on Elementor never opens, the process bar almost complete it but never does.

Can you help me please?

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Hi, I deactivated the plugins and change to the parent theme like you say, but the problem continues.

Can you check please the HTML Blocks too.

Hello,

I have logged into your website and you are using an old version of the Theme.

Please update the Theme and the Woodmart core plugin to the latest versions then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Hello,

I have logged into your website again and checked the issue with the storefront theme and the add to cart is behaving the same. Which clears that the issue is not from our theme.

I have reactivated the WoodMart theme back on your website and you can check by activating the storefront theme yourself.

And the HTML Blocks are now editable using Elementor please clear cache and check back.

The add button from the single product works fine, add the producto to the car, is just the button from the module of the home and the shop page, I can’t add the product from here (shop page). Then if some parts of the theme works and another don’t I think something happens with the theme. Then what can I do to make it work?

Please help me.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

As I mentioned in my previous reply the add to cart ajax button works the same with the default wordpress theme which clears that the issue is not from our theme.

It seems that your server is blocking Ajax requests. Please ask your hosting providers for further help.

Hi, sorry I didn’t understand you before, I see, I try to check with my hosting provider for “ajax request” like you say, Can I do something if the provider don’t give that option? I mean can I change something, no ajax option of you theme maybe? Just ask if theme to have that option.

Hello,

If you want to disable the Ajax button on the shop product grid then Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products and disable the option.
