    A few things.. Great theme by the way, just trying to get my head round it!

    1. I set my logo in desktop view but the woodmart logo is still showing in mobile view, how do I change this please?

    2. I am not using the dummy content. I have created my own home page and have added a full image to the top of my page but i would like it to be full width instead of having a border around the outside?

    3. With this purchase do we get full access to Slider Revolution as it’s asking for a purchase code..?

    4. How do I get the top banner (Free Shipping On All UK orders) to display on the mobile view?

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    1. Please switch to the mobile view of the header and change the image in the Logo element: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-responsive-settings/

    2. You need to stretch the row with no padding: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/full-width-row/

    3. WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this, only in case you want to get premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. We will always provide you with the latest updates in Appearance > Install plugins.

    4. You can enable the Header banner in the Theme Settings > Shop > Header banner. It will be visible on all the devices if you need to hide it with custom CSS. Let me know if you need help with it, I will provide custom CSS.

    Hello, thanks for your reply. Number 2 that I mentioned, I did as was suggested but still no change and also the banner header on mobile devices appears to be in white text so is invisible. I accidently highlighted the text and it was there but just not in the correct colour. How can I change the text colour please.

    Hello, I’ve sorted the banner text however I now have a new problem.. There is a huge gap from the top bar (social icons, menu and categories drop down) to the first picture on my page? Can this gap be shortened and also I’m still not getting the full width photo.

    The big gap was caused by the page title, I have disabled it and it has gone.

    As for the image, its size is too small, try to upload a bigger image or set their image as the row background: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/add-row-column-background-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/

    HI thanks all the replies and help! Just another querie. Social icons, I have included 2 images, where can I change these at? I only want facebook and insta but not the rest.

    Hello,

    You can configure the social networks in the Theme Settings > Social profiles.

    You will find two tabs for Share and Following.

    So the next problem is:

    I added social icons to my delivery page but they don’t show? Why is this..

    Also how do I remove the additional information from the product page?

    Hello,

    You can remove the Additional tab in the Theme settings > Product page > Tabs. You need to clear the Additional tab title and content.

    Please provide the page you have added social icons I will check.

    OK I found the button to hide additional information but it also hides the description, would be good to have these as a seperate check box so that both are not hidden.

    Please show the screen which button you press to hide the description.

    If you clear the Additional tab title and content, this tab would disappear, and the rest of the tabs would remain.

    Hi, not too sure what I did but on the actual live website under products, bowness bay marina the additional info tab has gone but on the others its present. I was told to go onto each individual product and hide the tabs but doing that doesn’t work.. i’ve attatched a screenshot of where I’m supposed to be looking – just to say on bowness bay marina the hide tabs check box is unchecked.

    edit – OK I’ve found out where it is coming from!! It has nothing to do with disable tabs or hide tabs.. the additional information comes from the attributes section! See screenshots.

    For your information:

    Description – is the main description on the product page. If you clean the product description it would disappear.

    Reviews are disabled in the Woocommerce > Settings > Product.

    Additional tab (with the attributes) enter each attribute in the product page and disable showing on the product page.

    Additional tab (Shipping information) You can edit it in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#shipment_delivery

    Hope this time you know how to manage the tabs.
