I’ve deleted everything and did a complete reinstall. I’m using only one builder (WPBakery), and was also only using one before.
Nonetheless somethings did get better this time, but still not perfect. I cannot see the green topbar on the header, and on the mobile shop I also cannot see the footer menu with the filters / whishlist / cart icons.

I’m sharing the WPadmin login bellow.
