fjagsantosParticipantHi,
I’ve just bought woodmart theme, made a fresh WP install, followed all the instructions to upload the dummy content (currently using handmade demo, but same problem with base), but the end result is slightly different from the demos. I’ve only installed plugins required by woodmart.
Top bar is not visible (although I can see it on the Header Builder), and there is also some small differences on fonts and font sizes)

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that takes to much time to complete.
Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported.Nevertheless the theme has been incorrectly uploaded demo, seems you have missed something.
Please reinstall all and provide me with net WordPress installation admin access, let me know which builder you would like to use. I suspect you have active two. But you can use one only.
Best Regards

fjagsantosParticipantHi!
Thanks for such a quick reply!
I’ve deleted everything and did a complete reinstall. I’m using only one builder (WPBakery), and was also only using one before.
Nonetheless somethings did get better this time, but still not perfect. I cannot see the green topbar on the header, and on the mobile shop I also cannot see the footer menu with the filters / whishlist / cart icons.I’m sharing the WPadmin login bellow.
Thanks in advance for all the help!

fjagsantosParticipantHi again! Any ideias on what might be going on? From what I’ve seen today the topbar is there, but with a white background instead of the green that should have been applied by the demo, hence invisible. I can only see it when using “select all” that uncovers the elements of the topbar (screenshot attached). On the other hand, on the Header builder the topbar has a green background selected, so it seems some kind of bug / conflict.
But the bottom menu on the mobile version is really not there.. so there must be a more widespread problem.
Did you get the chance to check it using the credentials sent?
Thanks!!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please enable the Header banner in the Theme Settings > Shop > Header promo.
As for the fonts check Dashboard > Settings > General > site URL: if your site is https://… it should be the same URL there.
Best Regards

fjagsantosParticipantHi,
Thanks for the help. Font problem is solved, but I had to manually apply the correct fonts since the demo upload did not apply the correct ones automatically.
Only problem remaining is the mobile bottom menu on the shop page. Screenshot attached. On the right the demo, on the left my website.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
In order to show the mobile bottom navbar, you need to enable and configure it in the Theme settings > General > Mobile bottom navbar.
Best Regards
