Instagram widget in product page

Hi there
The Instagram widget on the product page doesn’t update at all and doesn’t show any insta posts at all!
how can I fix this?
Ps: everything si set correctly and insta is connected to Facebook account and all is connected in the website also

Please try reconfiguring the Instagram API as mentioned in our detailed documentation:
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/setup-instagram-api/
And make sure that you use the API option from the element as well. Because our AJAX Method is now blocked by instagram. Only API works.

i did everything and still it doesn’t work!
im not using an extra widget! its juts about the instagram in the product pages down the page

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have logged into your website and checked you have used the hashtag option to display the Instagram feed.
This option is (deprecated) from our theme that’s why it doesn’t work and will be removed in the next update.

We are sorry to say, but there is no fix for this, unfortunately. That is why this option is marked as deprecated and will be removed in our next theme update. Instagram doesn’t allow us to get photos by hashtag and we can’t do anything with it.
