Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Yeah you can do that but you can not deactivate the Plugin JTL Connector!

You dont need to deactive JTL Connector it just puts things in the Database it has nothing todo with everything else….

You have created an HTML block and pasted it to the Footer column 1
Collapse footer is not available for the HTML blocks in Footer.
Please check the code you have added to the Raw HTML blocks, it may contain errors.

I just used the code from your docs and Collapse is deactived in Theme settings?

The collapse for the footer is deactivated in the Theme settings > Footer.
Pelase replaces Raw HTM blocks with the appropriate elements.
