Features not working when not logged into website.

    I have the “Login to view prices” feature active in the theme settings.

    I have noticed a few things:

    1. When not logged in, the mobile hamburger menu does not open. As soon as I log into the website the menu opens up when I tap it. Any fix?

    2. When not logged in, the “Contact Us” pop-ups do not work. Once I am logged in, they open right up. Any fix?

    3. How can I customize the buttons for the Age Verification popup? I already adjusted the text to verify that user is 21 years old, but the buttons still say ’18 years old’ Any fix?

    4. There is a very nice ‘Professional footer’ template by Woodmart theme in the WP Bakery templates. How can I set this footer as the footer for ALL pages?

    5. Taxes are not displaying in my shopping cart. I have verified that all taxes are set up and active in my admin panel, and when I switch themes they are showing up, but for Woodmart theme they are simply not showing up. Any fix?

    Hello,

    1 & 2) Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme and Woodmart Core plugin. Then check back.

    If the problem still occurs then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.

    3) You need to install and use the loco translate WordPress plugin to translate the string according to your needs.

    4)Please Go to Theme Settings >> Footer and set the Footer columns to single. Then add the HTML Block to the footer using the HTML Block widget in the footer column from Appearance >> Widgets.

    5) Please provide a relevant screenshot to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Regarding issues 1 & 2, both my theme and core plugin are indeed up to date. I am still having the issue. Please advise.

    Regarding issue 5, please see attached screenshots. All of my tax settings have been double checked and are correct. I tried disabling all plugins, and still not adding any taxes at all at check out. Please advise.

    Hello,

    1 &2) I have logged into your website and deactivated the SG Optimizer plugin and both the issues are fixed.

    Which clears that the issue is not from our theme.

    5) Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because you are using a third-party plugin for taxes.

    Thank you! Everything seems to be working great now.

    There are 2 design elements I would like to add to my website, can you advise if there is a best way to do this, or a particular template or header template you recommend?

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    You can achieve the header button for the call us button using the button element by editing the header builder.
