Have you contacted plugin support? As I told you we have not tested our theme with this plugin and most likely, you are right the theme is not compatible.

However, before making this conclusion, I wanted to check all and be sure that problem is in incompatibility but not in the incorrect configurations or other plugins influence.

Swatches in Woocommmerce are created only on global attributes. Your problem is that the proper image does not appear in the cart. Most likely the problem is in the custom attributes, perhaps it may work on other themes where there are no swatches.

So I suggest testing either global attributes or disable swatches, make the default drop-down attribute as in Storefront and check.
