Right way to set the Instagram element

Hi there,
I am trying to use the Instagram element. I follow these steps but not working:
1) I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=xtemos_options&tab=api_integrations_section
2) Click connect button
3) Takes me to Facebook page where I succesfully complete all step as shown in your documentation page
4) I end in a page where it says that the connection is done with the option to cancel it
5) PROBLEM: the connection is not done. If I visit this page again: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=xtemos_options&tab=api_integrations_section I already see the “connect” button.
What am I missing here?
I am using the API option in the element. Do I need to create an API KEY in facebook/instagram side?
Instagram Business account is required, right?
I did the five steps in my desktop computer. Should I do it in my mobile?

Please try reconfiguring instagram API as mentioned in our detailed documentation:

And make sure that you use the API option from the element as well. Because our AJAX Method is now blocked by instagram. Only API works.

What exactly do you mean by “reconfiguring instagram API”. Can you please tell me which step in this page show how to do this.
I even search for the word “reconfiguring” in that page but there nothing like that.

Reconfiguring means that try reconnecting the instagram API account and as mentioned in the detailed documentation.
And make sure that you use the API option from the element as well. Because our AJAX Method is now blocked by instagram. Only API works.
