    Hello, support.
    I have plugin Recently and most viewed products.
    And such a situation arose.
    When I insert the shortcode in the elementor, everything is displayed correctly in the builder.

    But on the live site, the display of products breaks.

    Can you tell me how to wrap or register some selectors so that everything is displayed correctly on the live page?

    How can i manage the display of products?

    And it will be even cooler if I can set the data source directly in the elementor (like All products, List ID, Hot products etc). Can you help with this? know that this is the area of workcommers, but still.

    Hello,

    Please check the widget settings on a number of the products in the row. Perhaps it depends on the number of the products viewed to devoid the gaps.

    You can test on another theme to detect if the theme causes the error, if the theme does not, contact the plugin support for clarification.

    Thanks for the advice.
    I have included the 2021 default theme.
    What I saw (see screenshots)

    The plugin setting is processed correctly on the page. Yes, without css it all looks so-so 🙂 but it is important that the result is what I expected.
    Now I will voice the problem again.
    Everything is displayed correctly in Elementor.
    Here are 2 options 4 and 6 products per line.

    In Elementor, 6 items

    In Elementor, 4 items

    But in the Woodmart theme – it is displayed differently than in the Elementor.

    Main page. 2 rows by 3 items. 1 row needed
    Main page. 2 rows for 4 items. 1 row needed

    My question is exactly this: why the theme is displayed differently than in the builder.
    It seems that the problem is on the side of the topic. I want to have products in one line. And this is displayed in the Elementor. But the theme displays products in 2 lines. Is there any way to solve this?

    Hello,

    We have not tested the plugin with our theme and did not declare its compatibility, so the plugin is not compatible. Please contact the plugin support, perhaps they have a fix.

    If we have a fix or can make it quickly we always do that, thou it is not covered by our support. In this case, we do have not had any fix. Please contact the plugin support perhaps we can do that mutually.
