add another section in the product page

I would like to add block for all the products and not for specific ones.

You can create an HTML block in the Dashboard > HTML and add it to the “After Add to cart” area. One more way to add information to the product page is by means of the sidebar in the product page widget area, you can find this is in Appearance > Widgets.
These options allow to insert the information and it would appear in all products.
The extra content block requires entering each product and selecting the appropriate HTML block.

when adding “After Add to cart” it goes to the sidebar.
and Appearance > Widgets doesnt seem to work.
when adding the block in the product page it goes after the related product and not before.
in the image I sent you can se 2 lines and empty space between there. It seems like something is missing there. thats where I want the extra block to be.
