How to change the columns of products tab?

Hello,
Good Evening.
1. How can I change the columns of products tab? See the attached 1st screenshot, as I have now 4 products in a row, I want 5/6. How can I customize it?
2. Can I add any overlay or outline beyond the products? (See 2nd screenshot)

If you want to set the grid for the shop page, you can find the option in the Theme Settings > Product archive > Product styles.
