    I am trying to enter your site, however, it is not reachable. Please make sure you have the recent theme version 6.1.5, if you have not, please make the full backup of your site and update the theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If the problem remains, please provide the site admin access.

    https://www.carnagestore.com It is reachable, the theme is 6.1.5 and it is already updated.Admin access in private content

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    WoodMart core is an essential theme plugin it may not cause the problem.

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    As soon as I have deactivated the child theme and plugins: https://gyazo.com/6888f12361349828fd9082a8f3414ab7

    I have added the product to the cart and went to the checkout being logged out: https://gyazo.com/86d305c4dcf04ac33bee8ca1295ef7b5 and https://gyazo.com/b12e52c327699df303bf035e149811a1

    And I could not add to the cart when all the plugins were activated other than with the child theme.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones: https://gyazo.com/6888f12361349828fd9082a8f3414ab7 activate the parent theme.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem. And then finally enable the child theme and check once more.
