    Hi, I updated loco translate and now all translations are gone…
    What can I do?

    Hello,

    Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3 You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

    Please contact host support, find out if they have an automatically made backup, restore your site, save the file correctly and then update.

    thanks for your repy. I followed the instructions when using loco translate.
    But now after update file are gone nevertheless…

    What can I do now?
