Mobile Sidebar Link not permanent Visible

    Hello,

    on Mobile the Sidebar Link only visible if i klick the “Compare” Icon.
    I think that is confusing.
    The Link should be permanent visible, so i could give my Users more Informations.
    How to fix this?

    Your issue is already Resolved. You are trying to check by resizing the browser window.

    Hllo,

    you don’t seem to have understood what I mean.
    Here again:
    Please look at the picture.
    The red marked link to the sidebar only appears if the link “Comparison list” is active.
    However, the link to the sidebar should be permanently visible.
    Since everything else is illogical and confusing.

    If you are still not able to understand what I mean, or are not able to solve the problem, please give the support ticket to another support representative.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and you are using an old version of the theme.

    Please update the theme and Recommended plugins to latest versions and check back after deactivating all the third party plugins.

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you need help, then provide admin panel login and ftp details.

    Hello,

    The off canvas sidebar button is set to be displayed when a sidebar is added to the page. Please make sure that you have set a sidebar to the pages and then check back.

    If the issue still occurs then deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
