Dear support, as you can see using the following link

the header is missing.

Using the same link, without anchor the header works nice.
How can I solve?

Hello,

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Please remove the custom CSS related to the header.

I deleted all the code in CSS CUSTOM but the problem doesn’t go away.

You need to enter the header and disable showing the sticky header on scroll so that it could always be seen.

Please I don’t understand what means “enter the header”.
I need the header visible always and the only way tHat I Know is how i made it.
I think that this is a bug of your theme that doesn’t work with anchor link in the same page.
