WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon.
We will always provide you with the latest updates on the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

There are other essential plugins in Appearance > Install plugins, they are also always free.

Please try to create a menu and assign it as the main menu in Appearance > Menu.

If the problem persists, insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area.
