Basel-cats-toggle problem

    Hello,

    I have a problem with basel category toggle placed in woocommerce_product_categories filter that is shown on the left shop’s sidebar.

    I will write an example in points to clearly understand the problem.
    1. I open some categories.
    2. On the left sidebar, there is a category nav. I can use the toggle to see subcategories.
    3. When I click some categories, ajax search redirect me to selected categories.
    4. When I would like to use again categories nav, it doesn’t work. Subcategories don’t expand.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    Activate the parent theme and check the issue.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    I follow the instruction but the problem still exists, so the problem is not with the third-party plugin. I leave the site in this initial state. Please check what is wrong with this toggle nav.

    Please try the example that I show you in the video. Access to the site and video are in the private content in the first post.

    Sorry for the delay. Our developers are working on this issue and it will be fixed in the nearest update. If you do not want to wait for the update, you can insert site admin access as well as FTP into the Private content below the message area.
