    Dear,

I’m totally new to your theme and am trying to complete my first steps on it, hope to get the grip of it quickly cause it has an incredible amount of configuration options!
I could change the logo via the Header Builder, however when I then want to view it on the website I still see the original Woodmart logo. What puzzles me is that when I go through Display > Customizer, I do see my own logo there. The latter also tells me that the Woodmart child theme is activated, I hope that is the intention.

Many thanks in advance for your support.

Update note: I just created a new home page and updated Settings > Read, but when checking the website I keep seeing the demo theme, nothing gets through. I’m probably doing something fundamentally wrong, hope you can guide me to the right track here.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

WoodMart allows having different headers for different pages, most likely you are editing the default header and the page is set to have a custom header.
Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-different-header-specific-page/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-default-header-website/

If you still have problems insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area, please

    Best Regards

    Dear,

many thanks for the quick support.

In the meantime, my changes are visualized on the website. There appears to be a huge delay between when I publish and when the change is actually visible. Only the Customizer view is immediately up to date.

Do you have input on how to solve that observation please? I already tried clearing browser history etc but that does not help.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Most likely, the reason is the cache plugin or cache configuration on your server. In all cases, clear the cache after each change or disable cache (it is possible) while you configuring the site.

    Best Regards
