    Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Yes I checked it on default wordpress theme. It works fine but there are errors with add to cart and other major flaws in using the Wood Mart theme as I shared with you earlier in the screenshot. Please fix it and let me know what the reason is because it happens so many times.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

    If the issue still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    You are using an old version of the theme and Recommended plugins.

    Please update the theme and Recommended plugins to the latest versions then check back.
