Hello,
Please update the theme and all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.
If the problem remains deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
As for the Product category menu in the Mobile menu: you have selected: https://gyazo.com/d3cf1f0a608c0e4254f16a06a7ced5bc

You need to create the menu from Product categories and then set it in the Mobile menu.
