Team,

I have imported custom 404 page after previewing the demo page but the contact-us pop-up form isn’t working and I get a message “content not found” instead. How can I set it up right to get the same output as presented in the demo page on this link: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/custom-404-page/

I have imported the page the same way you have shown in the video but still getting the problem. Looks like some code is missing.

Hello,

When you do no import the whole demo set and download separate pages or blocks from the template library, they require additional settings.

You have set no content in the Popup element: https://gyazo.com/e67cde5a2443aee8b637b18f6547e57b as the result, no content is found. I have set an HTML block from the list and the popup works properly: https://gyazo.com/4206ae0b0054314828ac94f17226d5c0

You want to show the content as per the demo. You need to create HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ then upload the template from the library: https://gyazo.com/09b4a30a7018c00f23a76b413a2ee9e0 and https://gyazo.com/ac3a1b3229bf558fd1e3d7af8c629b67 then select and set in the popup: https://gyazo.com/4206ae0b0054314828ac94f17226d5c0
