    I tried but not worked… I tried to crop and change the Thumbnail width from 400 to 229px but nothing worked. What i do now?

    Hello,

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Woocommerce image options in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product image (WoodMart theme does not influence this option) allow you to set the image width, and you have set 229 px as the result the image width has cropped to 229px. https://prnt.sc/26kn2tx
    At the same time, the height depends on the initial correlation of the width and height (aspect ratio) which were created in the image editor.

    The image size and (aspect ratio) on the site have been manually modified by the developers: https://gyazo.com/1ef594dc171f70462232912510bf627d as the result, they cannot meet the or to be compared with the default Woocommerce image settings.

    Please remove the customization of the aspect ratio and set at least 600 in the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product image. Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/

    Cropping is applied if your images are of different sizes. we recommend uploading images of the same size and proportion to get a nice view.
