My website crashed

    Hi Support,

    I hope you are doing well, recently my website Unica Agro crashed while it was running smoothly on your theme since last 3-4 years. Please check and let me know how we can resolve this. I got to know about the issue in theme from my hosting support

    Hello,

    Your theme version is 3.3.0 and now the recent version is 6.2.4 I am afraid you will have to restore the site from scratch.

    Please try to disable all the plugins, you need to rename the folder with the plugins and then rename it back as it was, as the result, all the plugins would be really deactivated. Then try to make an export of all your content in Dashboard > Tools > Export > Import.

    Then install a new WordPress installation.

    Install the theme https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/ and upload the demo (if you want demo) then, recreate the header in the Header builder: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/

    Then recreate or migrate the footer and all the widgets area. As soon as you finish the site configuration, delete all the demos, and import-export the content from a file.

    Finally, you can add the other plugins from the one by one checking the site.

    Please keep in checking the new theme releases and update the theme and all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins on time.

    So there’s nothing we can do with the website?

    We need to rebuilt it on all costs?

    Hello,

    You have not updated the theme for more than 3 years and the theme has been changed considerably for this period. This time you will have to take the time and recreate the site on the fresh version and when you update the theme ontime you will not have such problems.
