Product photo’s for variations not showing anymore

The different images for product variations are no longer showing. Instead, only the main product photo is displayed. How do I resolve this?

Please make sure you have added at least one image to the main product gallery. If you have, and it does not work, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area.

Thanks for the quick response. I have added at least one image (for a couple of products, not all). I’ll add the info in the private content box.

You have created custom attributes, swatches do not work with custom attributes, you need to create global attributes in the Products > Attributes: https://gyazo.com/8ebaf7a8a0e14b0ae35f0ab6a5bdc18a
