Does have it WoodMart implement this kind of feature as is on screenshot or i need external plugin ?

Sure thing. It’s supposed to be on product page below product info. It’s static block. It’s something like select bar.

Alternatively could be as i sending in next screenshot.

Alternately you can try to adjust a size guide functionality. It will be opened in a popup by icon clicking. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/size-guides/
