Mobile Categories

    Hi, I have two problems, please find attached files.
    1. how do I fix the categories on the mobile to the “real” categories that I set up under “shop”?
    2. icons are missing in certain mobile

    Hello,

    You need to check the Mobile menu element in the Header builder to see which menu is assigned as Categories.

    Then you can find the menu in the Appearance > Menu: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/adding-menu-to-the-site/

    Hi,
    I have created mobile categories through Appearance > Menu, and choose “mobile categories” as my mobile categories menu, but it’s still showing the footer of my website. Please kindly assist, thank you.

    Hi, I think there’s a misunderstanding here.
    Your instruction in the clip is making the CATEGORIES tab on mobile to show the Footer menu Decor.
    However, I want my shop categories shown on the CATEGORIES tab on mobile, that’s why I selected the “mobile categories” (that I created) instead of Footer menu Decor, but it just doesn’t correspond.
    ps. I tried to select other menu, but it always shows footer menu.

    Hello,

    Please select the menu you need, I provided the screen to show how to do that.

    You need to create the product menu in Appearance > Menu and then select from the drop-down shown on the screen.
