    Hey, you.

    Where I find the emails the customers are using to creat an account, please?
    I am testing the site and tried to resend an email to “forget password” but the message
    retuns that “Invalid username or email”.

    Hey, Elise.
    My email is in the user.
    When try to login in my account and I press that I forgot the password, then I am redirected to a page to inform my email and after that, supposedly, receive and link (in my email) to change the password,
    but it is not happening.

    The problens:
    The message in the page is that the email ou the user is invalid
    I don’t receive the email to change the password.

    Could you please help me to fix this?

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    The email issue has been fixed.
    I had made a mistake setting it up, but now it’s working perfectly.
