Is it possible to write a message for single product pages?
In this case, certain items have had a price increase and I would like to write a message to customers when they view just that particular product that there is a price increase.

You can create HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/ that is added by means of the Extra content block, that can be placed in different places: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-page-local-settings/
In addition, there is an additional tab on the product page that can be different for different products.
