Speed problem – slow website

    Good day,

    Problem:
    Mobile – it’s very slow from the first clicks, stalls for 3-5s at click.
    Desktop – it’s strange, but first 3-10 clicks website load great, later same problem like on mobile.

    My web dev. did everything what is possible and maybe even more, but we can’t solve this problem

    I have attached several screens from performance reports, to confirm my problem.

    Hello,

    We have checked your home page and see that it is quite heavy 2.8MB. There is 1.4MB of JS files loaded on the home page. You need to check why there is so many JS files following our article recommendations. Most likely they come with installed plugins.

    Is it effects the whole website? Because loading problem is not only with home page, the whole website (each page) is loading slow.

    When we test your website it loads fast when the page is in the cache. But if it is not, server response time is slow. You need to check this also according to the instructions in our tutorial.

    Can it be problems with our cache plugin “WP fastest cache” and your theme? Your suggested plugin would be “WP rocket”?

    Server response time shouldn’t be affected by the cache plugin. It might be caused by other plugins installed or your server configuration.

    Hello,

    I have asked my web developer again, he confirmed that already checked all the plugins one by one, any of them aren’t affecting slow down of website. I am writting you, because probably the only place where it slows down might be theme itself.

    p.s. also asked about slow down our server provider, they also didn’t see any issues or needs to increase server capacity for better performance.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Tested with “TwentyTwenty”, website speed the same – slow.

    p.s. about server: we launch website with your theme +-2 month ago (it was slow at the begining), before your theme, we are were running same website with +- same amount of products on same server, speed was normal.

    If it is slow with other themes as well then it is not something related to the theme. You need to investigate this with your hosting provider and check all installed plugins.
