Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
We just tested your website and noticed an error in JS console that is caused by some of the installed plugins https://gyazo.com/8b6742571a80ca54403ef5e4e1d31734
Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

twococlothingParticipantI have disabled all plugins and found that a plugin is missing, namely the plugin (Optional plugins). Could you also look at Theme (Basel) again because it should be outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.
February 16, 2018 at 1:55 pm #40281
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry,
Optional plugins
is not a plugin but just a subtitle in our previous message.
If you have outdated template files message then you need to update the theme to the latest version first.Regards

twococlothingParticipantCould you tell me how to do it exactly to update the theme?
February 21, 2018 at 6:08 pm #41504
Artem TemosKeymasterTo update the theme you need download the latest version on ThemeForest -> Downloads. Then just reupload new theme via Appearance -> Themes but install this plugin firstly https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Also, we suggest you make a backup of all your files before any updateFebruary 21, 2018 at 6:08 pm #41505

twococlothingParticipantCould you also explain how to create a security file before doing the update
February 22, 2018 at 3:56 pm #41687
Artem TemosKeymasterIf you mean the backup, so you just need to save a copy of all your theme files on the server. Usually, this task should be performed by your server provider.
