if you are in the mobile checkout page you can not open the menu in your demo page it works.

yes I can do and I still have a question and although you can then look at the theme (Basel) it is to contain old copies of WooCommerce templates.

I have disabled all plugins and found that a plugin is missing, namely the plugin (Optional plugins). Could you also look at Theme (Basel) again because it should be outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

Sorry, Optional plugins is not a plugin but just a subtitle in our previous message.
If you have outdated template files message then you need to update the theme to the latest version first.

To update the theme you need download the latest version on ThemeForest -> Downloads. Then just reupload new theme via Appearance -> Themes but install this plugin firstly https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Also, we suggest you make a backup of all your files before any update

If you mean the backup, so you just need to save a copy of all your theme files on the server. Usually, this task should be performed by your server provider.
