How to set product filters using Product (Grids Carousel) widget

    Hi. I’m trying desperately to set product filters on a page that is displaying an specific category of products, but doesn’t seem to work in any way. Is there any way to set filters?

    In order to help you through this, I need admin access from you. Could you provide login access for your site’s WordPress admin panel? So we can log in and check the issue on your side.
