hofitdParticipantHi
I have a simple elementor form but it’s not being submitted.
I though it’s a version issue but even with latest version of theme and all plugins it’s still not sending,
When I swtich to a defualt theme it works and submits form but when switch back to Woodmart (both parent and chils themes) the form is not being submitted.
The page is reloaded and there is no other message.
The submissions are also not being saved on admin panel.Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case. Could also provide the page URL with the form.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

hofitdParticipantThabnks you, it’s working.
Why this feature affects the form?
I don’t want to disable Elementor files, it might cause issues on other parts of the sites.
I want to make sure the theme is fully compatible with Elementor, so I can be sure I can use any function Elementor provides.
I think you need to check why the theme has conflicts and solve it in the theme and not disable other features.
The theme should eb compatible with Elementor, not the other way around.
Please advise.July 21, 2022 at 3:12 am #392485
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As soon as you have any incorrect performance, enable /disable this option and let us know if this option influence the functionality you need.
