The tab in Woodmart to show demo content is not longer there… (see screenshot below).
Could you please help showing it again?

Please Go to Theme Settings >> White Label >> Dummy Content tab. And enable it.

I would like to create shop pages based on product categories with the list of categories at the top on the page, like on the one above, but I don’t see how to do it. Could you please give me a quick guideline for this?
