    Hello, I installed the minimalism demo but there are many things from the previous theme, colors, accents, styles that were combined with the new theme and it is very messy, the header does not appear, nor the store filters 🙁 can it be cleaned so that the site is exactly the same as the minimalism DEMO is and start working on it in white

    Hola!, instalé la demo minimalism pero hay muchas cosas del theme anterior, colores, acentos, estilos que se combianron con el nuevo theme y quedo muy desordenado, no sale el header, ni los filtros de la tienda 🙁 ¿se puede limpiar para que el sitio quede exactamente igual que como esta la DEMO minimalism? y empezar a trabajarlo en blanco

    Hello,

    Please update the WordPress and deactivate the plugin not related to the theme, and child them when you import the demo.

    You would better restore the site and try to reinstall and reupload all from scratch.

    Thank you very much, if the best thing was to reset all the previous installation and install woodmart again.

    The best way is to export the content from your site and install the demo on the net WordPress installation.

    Then you can configure the site and import your content.

    Thank you, the Banners are not adjusted at the top, in view on the PC there are some spaces and on the phone the space is even larger, how could I eliminate that space?

    Hello,

    You need to try different image sizes. I have checked and see you have uploaded huge images, try to optimize them twice. Before optimization, try different image sizes for testing.

    This issue cannot be solved with CSS or settings, this is solved by proper image size.

    I already put an appropriate size and weight of the image but even so in view on the phone a very large space continues to appear 🙁

    Hello, I adjusted the images to the same size as the Demo but it still presents the same problem in the mobile view since the banner does not adjust responsively to the view on the phone, there is a very wide space at the bottom of the banner

    Hi, maybe I didn’t make myself understood…

    I need the entire banner to be seen as in the “CONTAIN” view but there is a space at the bottom, I need REMOVE that space that is very wide.
    If I put the view “COVER” if it covers the entire space but the Banner is cut

    I have used other woodmart demos and if they allow the display of the Banner completely in a responsive way but I have not been able to configure that view, I appreciate you helping me.

    This is the way images behave and we cannot influence them.

    Please set “cover” for mobile view only.

    so rare in other themes that I have used with you (woodmart) if the full view banner is handled on the phone * attached image…

    If there is no way to display the full banner in mobile view, could you tell me what the measurements of the image are for mobile view?
    In the demo that measure does not appear

    It depends on the image. You will need to detect the image size by trying different sizes.
