    Hi, I have some problems with BRANDS… Are very important for our site.

    First of all: I have 2 plugin but anyone show on the side bar the right BRANDS.
    I can show brand name but filter doesn’t work.

    I have one question: which one you suggest to use?

    Product Brands for WooCommerce – by WP1
    or
    WooCommerce Brands – by Woocommerce

    Hello,

    Sorry but we haven’t tested both of the plugins with our theme yet.

    You need to test yourself.

    You can try using our “Woodmart Woocommerce layered nav widget” if you want to add filters by brand in the sidebar.

    Ok, I will try to use the Woodmart Woocommerce layered nav widget…
    One more question: How I can delete the number of the base color list? In the widget panel I haven’t the option.

    Hello,

    Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .wd-filter-list .count {
    display: none;
    }

    Hi guys…
    Category filter on the sidebar doesn’t work…
    I used WOO BRAND LAYERED NAV on the SHOP PAGE WIDGET AREA
    I can see the list of brands but if I click it doesn’t filter…
    Any idea how to solve?

    Also the ACTIVE FILTER doesn’t work…
    Is on layout, but if I click one on the top I don’t have the filter …

    Try to go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables.

    Then check back.

    Hello,

    The filter widgets don’t work for the single product pages. That’s why the widgets are not showing.

    This is the default woocommerce limitation and our theme doesn’t influence it.
