Elementor Page Builder Issue

    Hi Team!

    We’re currently having an issue with our Elementor page builder (please see photo attached)

    We can’t seem to access the elementor page builder and make changes to our pages (this happens to all pages using elementor).

    Troubleshooting tasks done so far:
    1. deactivated all plugins (except elementor and elementor pro) = same error
    2. used a default theme (twenty twenty two) and the page builder successfully opened – I was able to publish changes w/o errors and issues

    So I’m certain that it’s a theme related issue – if you could please let me know your findings that would be great!

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it.

    Hello,

    After I looked into the situation, I found that the “Hello Elementor” theme that is defaulted by Elementor has the same problem therefore this issue is related to the Elementor itself. I suggest you contact their support for further solutions.
