remove variant swatches and include standard woocommerce dropdowns

hello support
how can i remove those swatches from my detailpage? (check unbenannt1.jpg)
my customers are confused and so the ordering process is blocked because of usability issues.
instead i would like to have the standard dropdowns of woocommerce. (check unbenannt2.jpg)
